Visiting The Farm
Soul Food Farm has always welcome visitors. We are located at 6046 Pleasants Valley Road, Vacaville CA 95688. From the freeway, take Pena Adobe to exit onto Cherry Glenn Road. Take the turn for Pleasants Valley Road and continue North. Soul Food Farm is located about a half-mile down the road on the right-hand side.
What to wear:
This is a farm, please be aware there are things that can poke you, stick to you, crawl up onto you. Feel free to dress how you would like, but we suggest closed-toe shoes, boots when possible, pants, and long sleeve shirts.
What to bring:
There is no access to the main house, so please make sure you bring anything you might need during your visit. Please leave your pets at home.
What to expect:
This is a working farm, so much farm work often occurs during the day. Please be mindful of where you are walking; equipment and tools are often out, holes in the ground, fencing, other material, and animals - both wild and domestic; please respect these items and the farm.
Also, we know our farm animals love when we have visitors, and they are adorable, but for their protection and safety, we ask that you do not enter any of the gated areas or their enclosures.
