<description>Hi Eric!  I just wanted to say that I know Nosrat from the Free Farm Stand, and really appreciate what you&#039;re doing here.   I set up the Acme Bakery donation for the Free Farm Stand; they receive all of Acme&#039;s Ferry Building bread at the end of  Saturday.   I know Bi-Rite stocks their excellent bread, and I doubt Acme would have a problem with you taking their end of the day bread gratis (they start from zero every day, and the vast majority of the end of the day bread is composted)  in support of your efforts.  Best wishes in your endeavor;   I went to culinary near Cowtown  and it would be awesome to have Pollan at 18 Reasons!
